We offer a full range of CAD designs, whether it may be parametric modeling, surfaces, free-form sculpting, or a combination. We will deliver the native CAD files, OBJ, and STL files. In addition, we will provide engineering drawings that will kick off your virtual prototype into a functional prototype or full-scale manufacturing.

We have 5 in-house professional  FDM/SLA 3D printers. The largest has a build volume of up to  300x300x605mm. We offer a variety of materials ranging from flexible, durable, tough, heat-resistant, and biocompatible materials that will fit just about any application.

We provide a wide range of prototyping services to our clients. We will provide virtual prototypes, proof of concepts, alpha, beta, and pre-production. Here at GA Engineering, we are constantly thinking ahead so from the very start we design for manufacturability. This will ensure a seamless transition from idea to production.

Let us recreate any part that you need from a physical part or a scan. We can take any solid object and turn it into a 3D model to replicate, modify, or improve it.  

Here at GA Engineering, we have R&D experience in Class I and Class II medical devices. We will start generating and compiling your regulatory-compliant documentation for FDA 21 CFR 820.30 requirements and your 510K application from the very beginning.

Together with our partners, we can help you navigate the regulatory space with the FDA and ISO standards. We have template documentation and have implemented eQMS to comply with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and ISO14179.

With our network of contractors and ISO-compliant suppliers, we can provide CNC machined parts in various materials.

Do you have a product that has constant defects or is simply not optimal? We can innovate with CAPA processes around a given manufacturing process or redesign a component to increase profitability and quality.

Do you already have a 3D model and want a professional rendering or animation? We have you covered, we have experience in this for sales, marketing, or educational purposes.
